Persona Journey uses artificial intelligence to research, write and illustrate. Please read this before relying on anything it produces. This disclaimer forms part of our Terms of Service, and it does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (Terms, section 10).
Everything is AI-generated
Personas, journeys, templates, images, narration and music are generated automatically by third-party AI models, which may change over time. No person reviews individual outputs before you see them.
Personas are fictional composites
A generated persona is a hypothetical archetype, informed by web research and anything you upload. It is not a real person, and it is not a statistically valid sample, survey result or market-research finding. Any resemblance to a real individual is unintended. Do not present personas, quotes or journeys as real people, real customer statements or primary research. Do not use them to make decisions about real individuals, such as hiring, credit, insurance or eligibility decisions.
Outputs can be wrong
AI models can produce content that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, biased or entirely made up. This includes statistics, quotes, company names and citations. A cited source may not exist, may not say what the output claims, or may be misrepresented. Check important facts against the original sources before relying on them.
Not professional advice
Nothing the Service produces is legal, financial, medical, investment, tax or other professional advice. Get advice from a qualified professional before making decisions in those areas.
Bias and fairness
AI models can reflect stereotypes present in their training data, for example about age, gender, culture or disability. Review personas and images for unfair or stereotyped portrayals before you use or share them.
Synthetic images and voices
Images, narration and music are synthetic. Narration uses a computer-generated voice, not a real person's. Do not use generated media to impersonate a real person or to mislead others about its origin.
Your content and third parties
What you submit shapes the output. Research draws on third-party websites we do not control. Your content is processed by overseas AI providers, as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive information, health information, or identifiable information about other people (Terms, section 6).
Intellectual property
Generated content may resemble existing material or content generated for other users. Under Australian law, it may not be protected by copyright. Check that your use of generated content does not infringe anyone's rights.
